"We went to buy new riding gear after reviewing choices online. There was only one staff in the very large apparel area and about 10 shoppers. We were looking at the high end jackets >$200 but couldn't find someone to help us with the pros and cons of the various brands. We were still wearing our Rev-It jackets from over 10 years and almost 100k miles ago and realized that a lot had changed, especially sizing. I wear an XL and had to go up to 3XL in some brands to get a good fit in the shoulders and arm length. We finally settled on some new Rev-It jackets that were on sale. Fortunately, they have a good returns policy as the first time my wife rode her bike, the jacket zipper came apart. The fit, finish and quality was not as good as the older jackets so we are returning them to a store closer to us."

After receiving the email telling me my order was ready for pickup i went to get my gloves they were the wrong color but they didnt have xl in the color i reserved all said and done i boght the wrong color gloves lesson learned"

"Had a tire changed paid for my work walked the new tire to my truck was pulling my truck closer to go back in to get the old tire and the girl behind the counter came out front and Threw her arms up like I was gonna leave the old junk tire there When in fact I had told them I would be right back in for the bad tire did not appreciate being treated that way "

"I dropped my wheel off to have a new tire installed and was told it would be done that afternoon or at the latest the next day and someone would call me when it was finished. No one ever called so finally 3 days later I stopped in and pick it up. The tech never went over the installation either. The clerk did without detail because she needed my signature accepting the work. "

"Browsing one day, at my favorite place to shop, I ran across a marked down helmet. Missing a vent, but otherwise perfect for the amazing price of 14 bucks! Couldn't pass up the deal obviously.
